Returns

Items returned to us in new condition within 30 days of purchase may be exchanged or refunded, subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping fees are not refundable. Please contact us first so we can assist you most efficiently. Then, simply package the item carefully for safe transit, enclose a copy of your invoice with a note containing your instructions and ship it to:

Sorry, special orders and custom orders are not refundable. If you are not sure which product is correct for your application, contact us and we will be happy to help you make a confident selection.

Warranty Issues

Within 30 days of purchase:
Buy with confidence! Syba Systems Inc warranties all items to be free of manufacturing defects for 30 days after purchase. Please contact us first so we can assist you most efficiently. If an item is defective, we will instruct you to return it to us. We will repair or replace it and return it back to you at our expense. Naturally, this does not cover items damaged by abuse, improper installation, or shipping.

After 30 days:
Many items carry manufacturer warranties that extend beyond 30 days. Contact us if you have a question and we can direct you to manufacturer warranty information.

Shipping

Orders normally ship within 5 business days, with the exception of custom and special orders. Orders normally ship USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground unless otherwise specified.

International Orders

We do ship globally, however, we will not be held responsible for final delivery on international orders.  We will provide confirmation of shipment and all tracking information available.
